Reservation & Cancellation Policy

All Reservations require a credit card deposit of 2 nights of room and tax due at time of booking with the remainder of room and tax due 45 days (Ski season: 12/23/11-03/25/12) / 30 days (05/24/11-12/22/11) prior to the arrival.

Reservations must be cancelled 45 days (Ski season: 12/23/11-03/25/12) / 30 days (05/24/11-12/22/11) prior to the arrival to receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations received fewer than 45/30 days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of the deposit paid.

Rates in U.S. Dollars are per residence, per night and are subject to change. A minimum length of stay may apply. Daily rates do not include 10.4% Sales tax and 2% lodging tax, subject to change without notice. Accepted credit cards are Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

Arrival & Departure

Guests may check in after 4:00 p.m. Check-out is at 11 a.m. daily.

Pet Policy

Dogs are welcome in pet-friendly residences only. A $100.00 pet fee per stay and residence applies. Dogs are not allowed in the Fitness Center, Spa and Soaking Pools and must be on leash at all times while on property.
