Telluride Jazz Festival – August 3-5, 2018
Telluride Jazz Festival brings world-class jazz to the town of Telluride. A not-to-be-missed musical event, Telluride Jazz Celebration has earned national and international favor for featuring the best in classic, mainstream, blues, Brazilian, African and Latin jazz music. The festival is a celebration of the art, soul, history, and future of Jazz.
Telluride Mushroom Festival – August 16-19, 2018
The Telluride Mushroom Festival celebrates the many uses of fungi (all things mycology). Fungi serve many purposes--from breaking down plant cellulose in nature to creating nutrients for plants, to serving as food and medicine for people, to acting as bio-remediators to filter and break down toxic land like oil spills and agricultural run off.
Telluride Film Festival – August 31 - September 3, 2018
One of the hottest events this summer is sure to be The Telluride Film Festival features advance film screenings, exclusive sneak previews, celebrity panels, director seminars and much more.
Telluride Blues & Brews Festival – September 14-16, 2018
Renowned as one of the most scenic music festivals in the country, set within the renowned Telluride Town Park, an outdoor music venue with breath-taking mountain peaks for a backdrop. The festival takes place third weekend in September and is a three-day celebration of music and microbrews.
Telluride Cars & Colors Festival – September 27-30, 2018
The Telluride Festival of Cars and Colors is Telluride’s new 4-day, automotive enthusiast celebration! The event will focus on high-end restorations, vintage and exotic vehicles of the Concours level as well as other unique and eye catching vehicles staged along Telluride’s main street.
Telluride Fire Festival – January 18-21, 2018
The annual nonprofit Telluride Fire Festival made its debut in January 2015. Dynamic fire art and performances took place each evening on the public plaza in Mountain Village and on Telluride’s historic Main Street— FREE to all.
Telluride Gay Ski Week – February 24-March 3, 2018
A week of events dedicated to celebrate Gay & Lesbian Ski Week. Planned parties, ski and cultural events are sponsored by the local community.

Started in 1979, Mountainfilm in Telluride is one of America’s longest-running film festivals. Telluride Art + Architecture Weekend - July 21-22, 2018
The Telluride Art + Architecture Weekend provides an insider’s look into the creative talent within the Telluride Arts District. Over the course of two days (Saturday and Sunday), the Tour (12-5pm) will feature ten venues in which creative teams bring you the ultimate artful experience. Stops include prestigious new and historic homes, studios, and alternative venues.
Market on the Plaza - July 26 - August 16, 2018
A vibrant local community market providing an avenue to support regional and local businesses that offer homegrown food and homemade products. Every Wednesday, from July 26 - August 16, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Heritage Plaza, the center of Mountain Village.
Historic Walking Tours - July 26 - August 16, 2018
Telluride Historical Museum presents "Historic Walking Tours," featuring docent and guide Ashley Boling. Enjoy a unique and entertaining experience as you walk through Telluride and learn about the historical events and places that make the town special. The tours meet at the Telluride Historical Museum and take an hour and a half. Tickets are $10 for museum members and $15 for the general public.
