What is Element 52?

The Auberge Residences at Element 52 is a collection of whole-ownership luxury accommodations in Telluride, CO, enhanced by services and amenities provided by Auberge Resorts.

 

Where is Element 52 located?

Located just steps away from downtown Telluride, your Telluride accommodation is nestled at the base of the Telluride ski mountain in southwest Colorado, along the San Juan Range of the Rocky Mountains.

 

How do I get there?

Telluride Regional Airport (TEX) is 15 minutes away and serviced by private charter companies such as Maya Air.  Commercial service is available into the Montrose Regional Airport (MTJ) and is a 1.5 hour drive.  Durango (DRO) is another good option.

 

Besides skiing, what else is there to do?

Telluride is a year-round destination, with river rafting, horseback riding, hiking and biking, many music and film festivals, galleries, dining, shopping and more things to do in Telluride.

No. Each residence at Element 52 is the whole property of a single owner.

 

Are there annual membership dues or fees?

Certain dues and fees apply. Please contact an Element 52 representative for current policies on dues and fees, as these are subject to change.
